Congratulations to our
athletes for another great session. In this session our athletes completed the Southington 5k at the Kinsmen Brewery, 10k in Burlington, the 5k ARC event, Breast Cancer 5k in Walnut Hill Park as well as the walk/run up Castle Craig! Join us in training for the upcoming events such as the Mystic 1/2 marathon & 10K, the Virginia Winery 1/2 marathon & 5k, Old Saybrook 5k and the Disney Wine & Dine 1/2 marathon and 10k just to name a few. Progressive Pathways is now beginning our new session. We have many options available to get you ready for the Spring and Summer season. We offer Running, Walking, Interval and Hill training outdoors. We will also be offering Insanity classes with new moves and new music. Training schedules are available for all abilities. The next session of Insanity classes are forming now! Our classes will motivate you to begin transforming your body as well as jump start you on the way to beginning a good exercise routine. We have a class for everyone from beginners to advanced. Our classes are small allowing for only 6 participants per class which enables the instructor to give individual attention to each person. Classes meet Monday & Wednesday nights at 5:45pm & 6:45pm as well as Wednesday morning at 5:30am and Thursday morning at 8:00am. Every week progress can be seen in your ability and strength.
